Cashmereum is an EVM-compatible, post-quantum Layer-1 blockchain built for the two markets we believe will define the next decade of on-chain finance: tokenized real-world assets and the agentic economy. It pairs a real Ethereum Virtual Machine and standard tooling with the things institutions and autonomous agents actually need — on-chain identity and compliance, confidential settlement, gasless programmable accounts, and an agent-native payments rail — on a foundation hardened against the eventual arrival of quantum computers.

What makes it different

Compliance-native. ERC-3643 (T-REX) permissioned tokens, on-chain identity with trusted issuers and claim topics, privacy-preserving zk-KYC, and confidential transfers with auditor viewing keys.
Built for autonomous agents. An x402 payments rail with gasless authorizations, per-agent spend caps, and payment channels for machine-to-machine micropayments.
Post-quantum by design. NIST ML-DSA-65 signatures and a hybrid ML-KEM-1024 key exchange, available today.
Proof, not promises. A real BFT consensus engine, a Cancun-spec EVM, ECVRF (RFC 9381) leader election, and 200+ automated tests anyone can run.

Where we are today — and what's honest about it

Cashmereum is a working, fully-tested, testnet-grade Layer-1 and a serious technology demonstrator — not a live mainnet, and not yet a regulated product. We are deliberately transparent about that.

This site and app are a showcase of our most advanced, operational blockchain technology.

At this stage we are not onboarding public users. The network will open to users only after we go live with mainnet.

Where we're headed

We are actively seeking the partners and capital to take Cashmereum from a proven testnet to a production, audited, decentralized network. We welcome conversations about investment, strategic partnership, and acquisition.
