You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Cashmereum is a non-custodial protocol. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and recovery phrase.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency investments are volatile and speculative. You may lose all funds. Consult a qualified professional before investing.
Blockchain protocols are experimental technology. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Bridges may be exploited. Validators may be slashed. You accept all risks inherent in blockchain usage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashmereum and its contributors are not liable for any loss of funds, data, or profits arising from use of the protocol.
Cashmereum is currently a pre-incorporation technology project operating a testnet-grade demonstration. These terms are provisional. A governing legal entity and jurisdiction will be designated before any mainnet launch, at which point these terms will be updated and superseded.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
